1. Shipping Destinations We currently offer delivery services within Cambodia only (Phnom Penh and 25 provinces).
2. Delivery Options & Timeframe

Phnom Penh (Express): Delivered by our team within 1-2 hours after order confirmation.

Provinces (Standard): Dispatched via our logistics partners. Estimated arrival is 1-2 business days.
3. Tracking & Carrier Services For provincial deliveries, we use logistics providers that offer App Tracking.

Once dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number/Link.

Standard Service: You may need to pick up your package at the carrier’s branch/office.

VIP/Home Delivery: The carrier will deliver directly to your specified location/home.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Choice: The choice of shipping carrier and service type is at the customer's discretion.

Fees: All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer, calculated based on the carrier’s rates.
5. Order Processing Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
